Terms of use · effective 1 November 2026

Terms of use

These terms cover hirelith.com and the HireLith candidate and employer accounts, operated by HireLith LLC. Staffing engagements (contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire searches) are governed by a separate written agreement; nothing here creates one.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Sign-in links are personal; do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, harassment, scraping or anything unlawful.

Posting jobs (employers)

  • Postings are free. They must describe a real, current opening at your organisation (or one you are authorised to recruit for), with accurate location, type and, where stated, pay.
  • No postings that discriminate on any basis protected by federal, Texas or local law; no multi-level marketing, commission-only schemes presented as employment, fee-charging “opportunities”, or roles requiring applicants to pay.
  • Applicant information is provided to you for that posting only. You may not resell, share or add it to a database, and you must handle it in line with applicable privacy and employment law.
  • We may edit postings for clarity, classify them, syndicate them (for example to Google for Jobs) and remove any that break these rules. Postings expire after 30 days unless renewed.

Candidates

  • Keep your profile truthful. Misrepresenting qualifications, work authorisation or identity ends the relationship.
  • Applications you submit are shared with that employer. Public postings link to the employer’s own process, which is governed by their terms.
  • The AI resume review is guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. Humans at HireLith make submittal decisions; no automated tool ranks or rejects you.

Job listings and content

Aggregated listings come from licensed feeds and public career pages and may be summarised. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate and current but do not guarantee any listing. Content on hirelith.com is ours or our licensors’; you may use it for personal job-seeking or hiring, not to republish or scrape.

Equal opportunity

HireLith is an equal-opportunity staffing company. We consider every applicant on the basis of qualifications and comply with EEOC guidance and Texas law. If you believe a posting or process on HireLith is discriminatory, tell us at [email protected] and we will act.

Liability

hirelith.com is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HireLith LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site, listings or accounts; our total liability for the free services is limited to US $100. Staffing engagements carry the warranties and limits in their written agreement.

Governing law and changes

Texas law applies, with venue in Collin County. We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
